Guys:What's really going through your head the first time you see her naked?

Hey all, I've been dying to know guy's true opinions on this for years. Obviously, women are more prone to cellulite, stretchmarks, and the like than men are. I've been lucky enough to avoid cellulite in my life thus far but have a ghastly case of stretch marks on my hips and stomach (thanks puberty!) which I've always been extremely self conscious of.

I'm by no means a small girl but not huge either, have a noticeably little belly, and big boobs so on one hand I feel like guys know what they're getting into when they sleep with me, but on the other also feel like they have no idea what my skin on my stomach looks like and women don't usually have such a severe case of stretchmarks. I've never had a guy directly point them out but obviously they all see them and can feel them just as well.

So, what do you guys really think when you see imperfections on a woman's naked body for the first time! :daisy:

Sadly; I guess, Attraction sees a Pleasurable or Critical observation - Pity however, it is not something that sees reciprocal self judgement.

 

I think this statement is taken too far nowadays, by the politically correct crowd.

What I can observe is that women who have children and women who do not work out have the above problems. Nor is it any aberration to see a guy who does not work out to have a beer gut.

It's the sort of feel good statement that women are fed by feminist ideologues. Or they'll say "the inside is what matters" while salivating over male celebrities who work out for a living. If one considers that:

a) having children is a choice;
b) women who work out are just as prone to be fit than men, including women who have had children.

The whole thing blows out of water. Sure, you may say women naturally have a tendency toward cellulite as opposed to men, and you'd be right. But, that would be the kind of cellulite that LetLovinTakeHold talks about, wouldn't it? If a guy saw that kind of cellulite on Megan Fox, I'm sure they would give her a pass, right?

That was the bad part of not making a victim of yourself: responsibility. The good part is that you can judge guys exactly the same way as I'm sure guys judge you for you gut.

So, I'll throw the question right back at you: "How do you feel about guys with beer bellies?"

I see what you're saying, but I'm not sure why even bother saying it? I'm simply looking for opinions and the statement is true.. Every woman I know, thin or fat, muscular or not, has some kind of cellulite or stretchmarks even if it's just on their chests. I've really only noticed stretchmarks on men who work out excessively or have beer guts. I've reacted differently to stretchmarks on men which is why I'm curious how men react to women's. I've never had friends bring up being upset about a guys weight because like I said, if they're in bed with them they already know how much they weigh but I've had girlfriends complain about acne scars, too much hair, etc.

And to answer Cherea's question, I admire the male figure in general. Whether or not they have a "beer gut" really makes no difference to me. That being said, I've always been especially attracted to men with some extra snuggle on 'em.

 

In all seriousness, life is too short and sex is too awesome to be sweating the small stuff. Just enjoy!

 

Like everything, you'll get a whole spectrum of opinions because everyone is different. For me, I think it's like all other personality or physical imperfections, the more you're emotionally involved, the less visible they are to you.

When I first started to date my wife, I remember noticing her stretch marks and "extra layers" and mentally comparing her to some of my previous girl friends and images of models/celebrities. However, after I got to know her better, those physical imperfections became much less noticeable to me. Now, after many years of marriage and 3 kids, she's obviously even less "perfect", but I'm now blind to those physical imperfections and desires her as a wonderful wife and the best mother of our children.

 

As a bisexual/lesbian, i probably have the same feelings.
- You have chatted, flirted, seduced this woman (maybe she seduced you) - you've spent some time with her, so you have a fair idea of what the "package" will be like.
Little things hit you - curves, her belly button, nipple colour, amount or absence of pubic hair, but mainly the face.
My reaction is almost always "You are beautiful and the sight of your body is making me very wet."

Please don't be embarrassed OP. Sleep with someone kind who loves you. Most people have something about their appearance that they feel self-conscious about.

I had a long, very sexual relationship with a man who had a urostomy bag attached to the front of his abdomen (to collect urine).

If someone cares for you, you might explain that you are self-conscious about your body and they will calm you and reassure you that you are beautiful just as you are.

 

It's been about a year and a half (I'm in a relationship). But generally "Holy shit I'm seeing someone new naked and I'm going to get layed!"

you're also underestimating guys. they're more than happy to sex the rest of your body. specially if you say it's banging.


it's also emotionally more important how you feel about your stretch marks than guys. cuz in the end that's what's going to make you feel good/bad/content/happy about 'em.

The first time I saw my wife naked, was the first night of our honeymoon.
She still has her nice small breasts & they look still perky but her vagina needs lube during sex as she's in her mid 50's now. We were in our early 20's when we got married.

 

if you really like the girl, her imperfections are attractive.
