Obviously, it's because there are two threads where there should be just one.

You found the Ted Cruz "Cat In The Hat" material entertaining or informative?

No, but I understand and couldn't fault his tactics even if they weren't something I would do. Honestly, the guy gained points in my book even if I would never vote for him.

Then you're not really disagreeing with me. ;)

If he runs, that footage will be used against him. You'll see.

Oh it will be used against him. I just don't think it will have the affect you think/hope it will.

He did gain a good bit of name recognition this month. That's a plus for him, but the old saying "any publicity is good publicity" is more true in show business than politics.

One thing that's coincidentally odd about this shut down opening back up is that I am no longer laid off and my work is welcoming me back......

.....and I don't even work for the government!

I was informed of my layoff the day after the shut down began

Some of the republicans in Congress were acting really corny toward the end of the shutdown. They were talking about picking the most hot-button programs that were shut-down (such as the national parks) and selectively returning funding to them as a way of trying to capitalize politically off the most anger that the general public felt about such programs. That way they could appear as heroes for refunding the selected programs, the same programs that they shut down in the first place.

Michelle needs to dump that Barack fella. I won't judge him in any capacity in that regards.
I'll just say that she needs a man like me, instead.
