well I think most people seem to have at least a strange habit or manners..
but that doesn't mean you're crazy..

you're labeled crazy when you have mental disorders...
you're labeled sane/normal when you don't have mental disturbances and seem well adjusted and put together

 

trust we're all well aware of that.

 

We're all crazy. Only the really nutty ones believe themselves to be sane.

Labels are just labels and don't necessarily reflect reality.

As you alluded to, others think we are sane as long as we seem to be, because we are very good at hiding our madness. But you know as well as I do, that you are completely batshit. As am I. Just gotta embrace it.
