What did you eat today?

I just had Lime Sherbet and Ginger Ale. Best thing this side of heaven.

That brought back a great childhood memory! I used to get that at Howard Johnson's when we'd go there on Sunday afternoons.

Friday is hamburger night here at the Twilight Zone...also had french fries. Before and after supper I had a raspbery/lemon Italian Ice, making that 2.

 

It reminds me of going to wedding showers with my mom when I was little.

 

Turkey Chili with some cheddar jack cheese sprinkled on top... and an english muffin open faced with a dippy egg on each half. Both things were really delicious.

 

I've never had papa johns, but I imagine it is similar to dominos, little ceasars, or pizza hut. I feel like none of these places should still be in business.

 

I broke my 17 hour fast at 5:00 with a whey protein shake following some pushups and bench dips. Then I had some cilantro chicken with peppers and onions (yes, chicken again) and a romaine lettuce salad. I am about to eat an organic Cripps Pink apple.

i ate a lot of the sushi bar stuff though and some mini bbq tenderloin...tried to stay away from the deep fried shit

 

My fav breakfast after a night of boozing. Sunny side up eggs with cheese on a bagel.

 

It was late so the public market wasn't open to get my organic, grass fed pepperoni, hand churned butter, free range goat cheese, tofu hippie pizza.

I just got up a little bit ago. My mom is making breakfast but I just can't stand scrambled eggs. I thnk I'm gonna have a honeycrisp apple.

I am making a casserole tonight at the request of my niece. It is made with ground beef, tomato, celery, mushrooms, onions, rice, green and red pepper and topped with parm. A Caesar salad and fresh French loaf.

 

I had a Big Mac menu with french fries and Coca Cola™.

 

You reminded me, my grandson thinks it's "Farmer John's Cheese".
