I have a new intern that works with me. Naturally I've been trying to work out her gay percentage but I have the worst gaydar ever. Shes dresses and looks femme, but I've always seen her look at girls (though who doesnt?) and I'm not sure if she was checking out their style or them or both. She also made a comment about how she prefers watching female gymnasts in the Olympics as they are amazing and beautiful... so we planned to go see a live music performance on Saturday and my boss asked if we had any special plans, and she goes to me "oh yeah! we got our date tomorrow!" and I jokingly said "oh yeah! our date!" I really have no idea! what do you guys think?
I think you gotta let her make the running. Hitting on an intern who doesn't want to be hit on does very little for your career ...
That is still a little evidence to figure if shes gay or not. I have straight friends who call other women "hot".... Just continue spending time with her and like numberphile says ask if she has a bf
