First make sure spores are legal to order in your area. In many places they are since they do not contain Psilocybin but in some areas they are not.

Thanks ill have to check into the order thing here i should be able to but not sure as of now do any of you know how good they come out at home are they just as strong ?

 

you need: spores, syringe, tin foil, glass jars, distiled water, a pressure cooker, vermiculite and brown rice flour.

You mix the brown rice flour with vermiculite 50-50. add some water. let it stay out for a night let the spores of fungus and bacteria come alive. then load it into the glass jars, put the tin foil on it and put it into the pressure cooker. cook it for a long time. full sterilization with heat.

next step is to mix the spores with the distilled water and suck it up with a syringe.
you can seed the bottles by poking through the tinfoil with the needle. sterilizing the needle with an open flame is a very good idea.
