Huh? So if you are cold you are not hungry?
That's kinda funny, because I am usually not that hungry when it is hot.

I ate a cup of raisin bran (and sang the stupid commercial the entire time!) with about a cup of milk for breakfast. Then I ate some carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, red peppers and some thin baked naan bread in garlic hummus and then a cup of blueberries for lunch. For dinner, I ate rice with chicken mushrooms and green peppers with spices and green onions. For dessert, I ate Chapman's almond and milk chocolate little mini popsicle thingies.

Chapman's makes the best ice cream. So tasty.

well the most recent thing, i boiled up the last piece of chicken i had in the freezer with some mushrooms and bell pepper slices and salad macaroni, in my usual broth of chicken bullion and lemon. one of my housemates gave me one of his lemons left over from making his lemon pie that he hadn't used yet, so the lemon in it was fresh rather then the bottled lime concentrate i usually use.

earlier in the day i think i've had a couple of cups of joe's oh's. with my usual chocklet and coffee xtals in the milk.

breakfast was some kind of frozen noodles and chicken thing. lunch was a salad with avacado and pickled olives and a romane salad kit and ranch dressing.

i think that was it for today.

3 cups of Sumatran Reserve organic dark roast coffee
2 large organic chicken breasts with teriyaki marinade
    1 chicken Caesar salad
1 bottle of Synergy 'Trilogy' kombucha tea
4 slices of cheese and sausage pizza
1 slice of the best sweet potato pie I have ever had, purchased today at the public market
    1 locally-grown Zestar apple

In about an hour I will have my three daily raw eggs, some coconut oil, and some butter (grass-fed, of course).

I will end the night with a few bottles of Southern Tier Imperial Pumking and some Ayinger Oktoberfest.

From what? Raw eggs? The chances of getting salmonella from raw eggs is approximately 1 in 30,000 according to the CDC's own statistics. The risk is even less with free-range organic eggs. I've been eating raw eggs everyday for a couple years now and I haven't gotten sick from it. It's the healthiest way to eat eggs, since heat alters the chemical makeup and destroys a lot of the more important nutrients.

I know it's healthier, it is with most foods. But I didn't know that statistic. Even then I'm not sure I would do it. I feed my dogs raw eggs but they are more well equipped to deal with bacteria like that. I've also heard that if you wash the egg first you will never get sick as the salmonella is on the outside. Have you heard that?

And how the hell do you eat them? Make a shake or something?

I just crack them into a glass and drink them.

Salmonella bacteria can live inside the egg and on its surface. Usually it comes from the eggs being laid in unsanitary, factory farm conditions where the chickens are shitting all over each other.
