They may run into truble with the I.O.C. aresting gay athletes . Oppenly Gay touriests should watch on t.v.

Which is exactly what Russia wants I think, because if they can get the American athletes to not compete, then it means more medals for Russia.

There is an undue panic that gay athletes are going to be rounded up and arrested. This is not going to happen. It is perpetuated by those that are - somewhat - rightly aggrieved regarding Russia's stance on 'gay propaganda'. This is an attempt to add weight to the issue. What will happen is that American athletes will take part, and will win x amounts of medals. The same level of hysteria accompanied the F1 in that despotic human rights violating country....remember?
