Because I'm a male, I couldn't be referred to as being cute or beautiful at all but hot in the way I think sexually & the speed I work at my workplace that others see as good for someone of my age.

No, the woman I work with range in age from late teens to early 50's & I work with 2 guys at times during the night as well.
Yes, there are a lot of females (young & old) at my workplace but I only work with a few of them. There are several guys at my work place as well but I only work with 2 of them. There are a few hundred people that work at the same place as me & they range in age from 15 - 70's.
I don't know about the pervy 'old' man reference as I'm middle aged still.
As for the 'young' chicks - I don't know what you refer to as being young but the woman I work along side with are all about 30 yrs old & older.
I applied for the job because its one I have lots of experience in & not because there are some attractive ones there. But I do speak to a lot of the staff I don't work with there as well. Got to be sociable in the workplace.
