well, the minimum age for membership was raised from 13 to 16 at some point, so statutory may be out depending on the local laws wherever said meet-up were to take place.

on the other hand, it's not exactly hard to lie about your age on the internet. i turned 18 online the day the porn sites started asking for your age before allowing you to view the nudity.
