Aquire a good water based lubricant (preferably one made with anal in mind).

Getting started - cleaning...

Now the first and often very time consuming step towards fucking my own ass is cleaning. I have to say this is the largest deterrent for anal play for me and I really don't enjoy this process much at all. I enjoy full insertion of the dildo's mentioned above and I do not want to get surprise visits from Mr. Brown while I'm in the middle of fucking myself. This means I have to take quite a bit of time to clean out my asshole to ensure I’m good to go.

The cleaning process is simple:

1. Inject tepid water into your ass using an anal douche (or other device).
2. Sit your ass down on the toilet and let it go.
3. Repeat the process.

The primary reason cleaning can be tricky is that you never truly know when you’re done. If you’re only looking to do very shallow anal play, and by this I mean a finger or a toy insertion for 1-3 inches you really don’t have to do deep cleansing. Only a small amount of water injected into your ass and then expunged until the water coming out of your ass is completely clear will be enough.

However, if you’re looking to do more powerful and deeper insertions you’re very likely to disturb fecal matter further up… fecal matter? Fuck that, let’s call it bubbles of nasty from now on... your rectum/colon. Once these bubbles of nasty are provided with lubrication and or water it will liquefy and slowly but surely make its way down and out your ass. You don’t want that. What I therefore do to prevent any such scenario is I use far more water and repeat the cleaning process for a much longer duration, even if the water is coming out clear. The reason is I know there are more bubbles of nasty further up my colon and the water I’ve injected into my ass is slowly dissolving the bubbles of nasty. Even though I sit on the toilet after every water injection not 100% of the water will be immediately expunged. Some will remain and be absorbed further up into your colon. This means it’s only a matter of time before shit (literally) starts coming down. I’m basically giving myself a homemade enema.

This process for me might take several hours, with long breaks inbetween, to complete. By this I mean I might inject 0.5 to 1 litre in my ass and expunge; I do this three or four times, then take a break for half an hour to an hour and then do the same thing over again. Repeat this until you’ve expunged quite a bit of bubbles of nasty and you feel fairly confident that there’s really nothing left that can come down and ruin your fun.

Also you can do the smell test; put your finger up your ass and then smell it. Yeah I know, fucking hilarious. If it smells bad it’s a sign there’s more bubbles of nasty further up your colon that’s causing the odor to trickle down. If it smells absolutely nothing you’re probably in the clear.

I personally use water straight from the tap, slightly warm (but only warm enough to feel comfortable on the skin of the inside of your wrist), and it’s been fine for me. However the tap water where you live might not be as clean as it is where I live so use caution. Also don’t go overboard with anal cleaning. When you do this process you are also eliminating helpful bacteria that really belong in your colon and therefore I would not recommend cleaning out every single day for a week for instance. Use caution and Google it if you’re uncertain whether or not you might cause harm.

Shave your asshole

I really recommend that you shave your asshole before attempting anal play. You don’t need to remove every hint of hair on your ass but gently shave off the hair that will get in the way of the dildo thrusting in and out for a smoother experience.

Once you’ve shaved your asshole once you’ll probably quickly see the benefits in terms of hygiene otherwise and continue to do so (even if you’re not fucking yourself). Put bluntly it’s far easier to wipe your asshole clean when it’s hairless.

Don’t worry too much about itching, yes, it will itch somewhat, at least the first times you do it, however it’s not really that bad, especially considering you’re probably itching your asshole from time to time long before you shaved it anyway.


Getting your toys ready

A really useful tip I've discovered is that heating up both your toys and anal lubricant (I strongly recommend water based) beforehand will make the insertion process far easier and more comfortable. With room tempered dildo and lubricant I tend to feel a slight burning sensation when I first start insertion; however with a heated dildo and lubricant this goes away completely.

I generally put my dildos in the kitchen sink after cleaning it with boiling water and pour even more boiling water over the dildo’s and bottle of lubricant and leave it there for a good 30 minutes before I begin fucking myself to get them nice and warm. Now you’re ready to start having a good time.
