NorCal Veg Ras Renegade

The Title says it all - 4 words to describe my basic self -

Anyhoo - glad to be here - seems like there are a lot of inactives - but I suppose that is to be expected on an international site that has been going on as long as HF has.

I'm an off grid farmer, sailor and ocean guy (Thus My Name). Always looking to connect with other NorCal Vegetarians, Ras, Community Minded Folk and general refugees from the homogenised and consumer oriented culture. If you are in Mendocino County, Cal USA definitely contact me.

Also - forum questions if anyone can help;
1 - how do I join the vegetarian group - is there a secret button I'm missing or do I have to earn the privilege?
2 - how do I contact other members - or is this frowned upon?
3 - how do I journal/blog onsite - or is this something I have to pay for or earn?

Anyways - great to have such an open source for communication - you'll find me mainly posting in the vegetarian and California sections - but I will most likely wander and commune all around the site bit by bit. Cheers all and keep up the good fight.

Lol - hilarious - had forgotten that song even existed.
I lost a boat in the Santa Cruz Harbor from the Japanese Tsunami - but caught some great waves that day on the surfboard. That song vid gave me a little flashback - thanks....

And - figured out all the forum questions I had. For the other noobs - turns out you have to clear 20 posts and 5 days to get bumped from guest to member. This allows you to join groups, contact members, and blog onsite.
