Chopped eggplant, carrots, and potatoes (with skin). Lots of olive oil, marine salt, and a poached egg. Pumpernickel bread is the side. Total cooking time: 20 minutes.

    To drink? Still water!

What do you think of my soup?

if it's not in my mouth, i don't care.

    sounds bland. Would not eat.

I love making soups. I make them all the time at home and for work. And have had my chili recipe and another soup recipe published years ago.

I never heard of still water, except the kind that runs deep.
I was thinking it was like, distilled water. Which is pretty bland.

    That sounds fantastic.

I make a mean chicken soup. However, have stopped eating meat, so I need some new veggie soup recipes!

Your soup sounds good. I like eggplant in soup, but I rarely cook with eggplant. It never seems to come out right for me.

With the right amount of water, it thickens it just right.

Added some zucchini on the son of a bitch leftover. Fucking parsley, scallion, garlic, and onion. We'll see!
