sounds bland. Would not eat. I love making soups. I make them all the time at home and for work. And have had my chili recipe and another soup recipe published years ago.
I never heard of still water, except the kind that runs deep. I was thinking it was like, distilled water. Which is pretty bland.

Your soup sounds good. I like eggplant in soup, but I rarely cook with eggplant. It never seems to come out right for me.
