25i = LSD ? :I

Hmmm...

So because of it's recent popularity and high supply and demand of this product, is this the new LSD? I mean, I guess it's a hell of a lot cheaper to produce and distribute 25i. Sheets can go for 50 bucks and even less. SO what do you guys think? And is this a good thing? I really have no idea, but that's what it seems like for now...

Definitely agree with aforementioned "no's". The reality is that the nbome series is so "popular" due to it's legality. Also, it has already failed, in its very short existence, to demonstrate a long standing high safety profile like lsd has; actually, quite the contrary is true. I have personally noticed a HUGE decline in the amount of people raving about nbomes since they first hit the scene. I mean, not so long ago the psychedelic forums here were littered with posts raving about how awesome they were. But, once people start seizing, dieing, and scamming IE passing it off as acid, it really does leave a sour taste (ha, pun ) in one's mouth. It won't be long before they're scheduled I'm sure, which is unfortunate because used responsibly, they are worthwhile, quality substances.

 

i agree with everything except the underlined part.
NBOMes weren't quality for me. some of my friends and many people online enjoy them though.

 

I definitely understand pork, I enjoyed my three or four times personally, but have no desire or intention of seeking them out again, I guess more than anything I'm just disappointed at them becoming another classic case of uninformed and irresponsible users ruining something for those who do enjoy. However, they have never, nor will ever, hold a candle to lsd. But that said, I doubt anything ever will :love:

 

Like Pork noted, this is the take away. I agree Rivers, by the end of this year is my guess. I feel as PS too, there's nothing very useful to me in nbome, from my few experiences.

But I'm glad that I'm not the only one that feels NO ! STOP ! Don't even use LSD and Nbome in the same sentence, unless one is saying that Nbome is NOT the new LSD. Don't perpetuate the myth, deny it every chance you get.
It doesnt make it bad. It makes it not LSD.

 

The identity of LSD is not "The currently most popular drug which can be placed on blotters". The identity of LSD is that molecule who's structure is isomorphic to Lysergic Acid Diethylamide. End of story What LSD is, is not decided by mob rule, it is decided by molecular structure. 25i is 25i, LSD is LSD.

I think maybe you meant "Is 25i the new acid", because many people think "acid" means a drug that comes on blotter paper and makes you trip; they don't understand "acid" is the middle word in LSD's molecular name, so even calling 25i "acid" is just misleading (even though it may very well literally be acidic, for all I know).

I am of the opinion that the two simply do not compare, just as the 2c-x series of psychedelics also does not compare to LSD.

 

Yeah I know what you mean man. I knew acid is LSD, but what I meant was is LSD declining and NBOME becoming more of the go to "acid" I guess? But you're right it's only popular right now because it's still legal I think, and cheap. And it does give you a satisfying high.

 

The pot shops sell a strain of weed called LSD.
Ask 10 shops what breeder supplied their stock. majority wouldn't be able to.

Theoretically it is possibile to find something even better than LSD or DMT.

I have been buying what I believe to be complexed nbomes on blotter being passed off as acid. the rc scene here is sleezy. i wish i could find some of the stuff pure and under the proper name. interesting stuff, bur def not lucy...

 

Its more worth doing than DOC or the other DO_'s

 

I think highest you can possibly get is with Psilocybin and DMT.

 

I feel DPT should be in that list or even above that list as the 'ultimate' high. I also enjoyed DOC more than NBOME, less vasoconstriction.
