Raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in water. Lemon juice in water. Berries. An apple. Spinach. Almonds. Sweet potatoes. I try to consume all or most of those daily.
Eggs. I don't love the way they taste but I do love the way they make me feel after eating them. I've never noticed that much of an energy boost from any other food I've had ever.

I forgot coconut oil. A scoop of that will give you hours of healthy energy. And, of course, REAL BUTTER... lol. I eat butter raw, just like I eat my coconut oil. I go through about a half pound of butter per week and over a quart of coconut oil.
I've been meaning to get some coconut oil from Dan's work for a while now. Maybe I'll order some this week...and yea... wild salmon.. love salmon.
The idea that high cholesterol comes from dietary cholesterol is nonsense. 75% of cholesterol in the blood comes from the liver.
I order mine online from Swanson. It's the best deal for the same quality as all the other name brands. Here is what I get: http://www.swansonvitamins.com/swan...in-coconut-oil-54-oz-1-53-kilograms-solid-oil
I don't know about "nonsense". so my comment was based on the conventional wisdom that I was aware of. I checked up on it, and at least what I can gather from nih, high levels of dietary cholesterol are a problem for about 1/4 of the population, but could be ok for everyone else. still might be worth getting your cholesterol levels checked
