"That it would is not reason enough?" asked Dejavu, knowing that while celebration was the best idea he'd ever had, and that he'd always been prepared to celebrate hoping it would be everyone elses too, - the belief that death is 'the beginning' could potentially prevent us from finding eachother...

Hearty was the laughter that visited thedope reflecting on this attempt to perplex, "why little mouse how would you distinguish the light of a single candle against the sun, but to cast some shadow."

thedope wondered if that end might be accomplished by the belief that death is "the end?" Certainly thedope had found reflections of personality of those presumed to be dead.

"Which end?" said Dejavu, doubting whether thedope was really wondering. "Finding eachother? Or prevention from doing so? The belief that death is the end doesn't pose the threat to life that belief in deaths being a beginning does. We will never know death." He thought again about thedopes saying in all seriousness that we die because we're born. "You do realize Twain was joking when he said he'd been dead before he was born, don't you?!" Dejavu loved individuals too much not to occasionally give way to the white lies about their living on after death in our hearts and minds not to mention the media. He knew though that there would one day come a time when individuals would have no time for such lies. "Presumed dead?! Don't hold your breath for the resurrection."

"Not to worry, you can do it in here then and we'll let the janitor know afterwards." said Dejavu, welcoming ThathippieinNewYork2981 to the random stuff thread.

"What is it with humans and their wish to live for as long as they can and then even longer. Even past their date of expiration?" The little mouse shakes her head. "Not me, no prolonged suffering of body and mind. None but oneself should have the right to determine when the ending is needed if one choses so." She smiles and thinks on foolish ways humans try to prolong their youth. "Shoot me up, doc. A filler here, a nip here and a tuck there, some botulism in the face, ma'am?" All for the sake of appearing younger than they are while none is fooled by it. "The inner most self always shines through. Even without words one will find the other and if not ..." The little mouse shrugs. "Remember, there is no perfection, only life."

...a repost, yes I must venture onto this forum here more, where who knows, your audience could be waiting...ooh stuff, I'll read those later, after the football...

"... better ask the missus..." Jats laughs and asks "...'it's great' she says, 'even when he shouts at me and makes me cry' she giggled wiggling out to the kitchen to make my tea, and it works for me..." Jats laughs munching into a fresh cream scone now pondering whether to punish her for that later while teaching her how to eat another english delicacy "...I s'pose it's just the same but sprinkled with stuff..."

"Preventing us from finding each other," replied thedope, "and if death is something we never experience then to say I was dead before I was is not beyond the pale, having no experience beyond life in retrospect or going forward." thedope knew we certainly are apt to find each other if to find each other meant the end of our quest and further there is a palpable difference
in the way one apprehends the world if one says of someone else, I wonder what they might be thinking now and thinking right now they are dead and therefor not thinking. thedope had no inkling of living forever though striving always to be on time.

    ...a repost...

"...I have been called everything by now I think..." chuckles Jats just back in from fixing Franks chainsaw for him with a few tips thrown in*as Jats once again marvels at how any fucker can get a weapon of destruction quite easily here too in the shire where it would be far more fun to run around chopping fuckers heads off with a chainsaw, don't you think, rather than this shooting nonsense, yes off with their heads Jats winces "...where I have even got them going on youtube now too, arguing over Stew, which is a beautiful piece of irony considering this next clip then..."

"Shit, if you look hard enough, everyone is an ageing **** with an eskimo face from the nineties." said Dejavu, genuinely holding out for the comedy equivalent of the nuremberg trials.

...oooh your best yet, though no mention of dejavu helped...a repost in return...

"...you spotted that uh..." Jats laughs along enjoying chilling now after a so called day off, the price to pay then for having no boss ignoring of course the unopened letter from the Inland Revenue on top of the 'things to do' paperwork "...though no xxxxxx and I agree on lots of things, 'open your mind' for a start, it's just the delivery we disagree on where I agree with Voltaire that the superfluous, is a very necessary thing you see, though even madness has to have method behind it to succeed, and this is not just homework for me, this is about conquering forum land now and you are not going to do that by making lots of false identities dissipating into split personalities of self until even you are confused on who's reaching into the medicine cabinet for relief..." the chameleon agrees quoting Voltaire again that this is no time for making new enemies for there are plenty of those just waiting patiently to get you going "...though that aside, the main problem with enlightenment is everybody wants to get enlightened, but nobody wants to change, and so you could show someone the path to take in big fuck off letters on a great big neon sign and they are even more likely to go the other way instead..." adds Jats who still refuses to get a sat nav and just heads in the general direction, and then when close by asks an old person for directions instead, it never fails, just like once a week the reversing 'beep beep beep' of a lorry can be heard outside the window of the little cottage by the canal as the internet fails again "...no enlightenment must come little by little, otherwise it would overwhelm..."

...wasn't that Thatchers funeral, a veritable rouges gallery of ageing white gentleman and Jeremy Archer for starters, as we observe, in glorious HD now...

"...it was that kinda thinking that got him voted in in the first place..." chuckles Jats done for the day and so back to crashing and banging about for another dark cold winter is coming no doubt "...not that he was the first, or will be the last as more celebrities now are voted in on a jape, the last Pharaohs and Caesar's being a laughing stock too as history repeats itself then..."

Not knowing enough of British politics the little mouse decides to postpone her opinion on how this country is run. However she must say it seems the current government has not brought much to its people to better the circumstances of the many while the few seem to do rather well. "Humans will be humans and prone to behaviour common in nature, in times of need they'll rally together to fight a figment not to have to think of the enemy within."

"Funerals have always been for stiffs." said Dejavu philosophically, not having seen it. He abruptly changed the subject. "The divine comedy, unlike Dantes, will take human hilarity to new heights" he promised, feeling a faint flushing in his stomach in memory of laughter that couldn't be contained there. "Divinity is the funniest fucking thing there is, if you don't have a god." he added. People would have to become more and more, well, populous, more beautiful whether secretly on the side or not, overpopulation would become critical in historys never really having repeated itself. Dejavu chuckled imagining sex ingestibles and music supplanting politics economics and religion as civilizations staples. A dangerous thought? At least no more dangerous than the sustenance of civilization being thought of as anything other than an experiment, he reasoned. "There is a ghastly possibility that humanity will vote itself, not just out of office, but existence." He laughed, his nervous sytem champing at the bit where the adrenaline would be.

Another freaking prophet offering prophecy proffering that things will shake out superiorly and as the others this one had the effect of producing nostalgia for an imagined future. Some day the earth will be like heaven they say and no one knows the hour or even what day is some. Yes civilizations are experimental consequently we make it up. When is our will then to come up upon us oh prophet of laughter?

This is the light by which all things are seen and this prophecy is sensible to one accustomed to darkness and to whom too much light becomes painful to their dark adjusted eye. They seem to prefer dimness because the will might be found responsible having become aware. Fear teaches the false lesson that responsibility equals guilt or that payment is required for worthy representation. All light does is let you see the terrain far from exposing any fault lines or things on which to trip. Enlightenment and responsibility are our talents if we would not curse.

Will come? Little by little? There is no schedule that insists we must eek out eventual existence a flavor at a time. We are the salt of the world and our best taste is not a matter of time but of invitation. Laughter and tears, comedy and tragedy are dramatic attempts to reconcile yes and no.

    thedope beamed breathtakingly.

A new post, rough and unpolished still.

"But to curse with great zeal is a talent in and of itself," the little mouse laughs as she thinks of some creative ones. "Cunti-bollocks" She smiles and sips her coffee before she says, "But to call a phrase a curse is based on the presumption one believes in a divine creature, would it otherwise not just be called a set of words to express distress or anger? A curse as the counterpart of a blessing, but sometimes the blessing can be the very curse one suffers from. Some humans are blessed with overactive imagination and suffer greatly from the voice of their imagination, until they realise it is merely their persona who want to be heard. Who drives them to write their live, to take those steps onto that path to their inner most selfishness." Staring into the fire coming to life she realises all is just perception and my curse could be your blessing, my mind isn't yours and no light needs to enlighten the path into the abyss, for one should take those steps without knowledge of what lies ahead. To be surprised by the future is better than to know and shy away from what might be perceived as a curse, but could very well turn out to be a blessing in disguise. Or might never happen at all

There could be a difference between an expletive and a curse thought thedope, and just because life may be deep it needn't be abysmal but it will be to the extent that we make such a claim. Our talent is naming the animals and we are very informative.

The little mouse laughs out loud and then says, "Semantics, dope, semantics. To name something is to give it a box to fit in," she says and offer a glass of wine. "Better to just let be and not be too informed, let imagination run wild and ..."

"Contrary to your esteemed opinion, our will is not yet done O dope!" laughed Dejavu, suspecting the christians condition to have flared up for him to have quoted Dejavu in the same blimming breath as the little mouse. Not that Dejavu minded, on the contrary, he considered it an honour. "Is there anything in the miasma of christian art... er, 'depiction' you would leave to our future?" he laughed.
"I have no nostalgia for what I've imagined of the future, only hope, thedope." He had laughed too, like lucky, at thedopes saying 'just because life may be deep it needn't be abysmal but it will be to the extent that we make such a claim.' "No, it needn't, but do you think that the hidden accusation is not seen in this, your claim, christian? Is a life that is suffering through sheer circumstance to be made then to feel it has somewhere deserved it?" Dejavu knew thedope didn't think so, rather he knew not what he did, or said for that matter, so Dejavu couldn't resist in turn being condimentary, spicing things up a bit, rubbing a little salt into the sluggard as it were. "Tragedy is an attempt to reconcile 'yes' with 'no'? You're certain? So are we to be made accountable for what ills befall us? I thought you said responsibility was a talent!"
