those are fun. but i enjoy the struggles that they encounter since it makes the movie more realistic and the success (usually) at the end is much more satisfying. As for unfaithful, that's the reason why i did not like affinity much. you have built up this sort of relationship (i really didn't see the relationship build up really, just a type of attachment or fascination) that is thrown away, thus con artist then you have the two of them in the waters as a symbolic moment... honestly i didn't understand what was going on in selene's head, but still. The hope and longing is nice in itself, but to me, it leads to predictable 2 dimensional movies. the struggles provides depth, character development.

I didn't like Affinity either. It was a bit dark lovestory if I might cal it a lovestory. I didn't like it at all. When it comes to lesbian movies I like it very sweet and get the feel of living a dream. I really like hope inles ian films. Makes everything possible, thats why I guess too much struggle makes it tooooooo realistic.

Why did you avoid High Art? And about Aimée & Jaguar you shoulf watch it- maybe with someone you like ;)

L Word- they killed it in nid season 3 and I kept watching it in hope to see the caracters devolope but nothing changed. The stories was so good and the idea was really good. Sad to see how they destroyed it.

I tend to avoid highly oversexed movies... I get really really flustered at kisses and the sex usually sends me off the rails haha XD

I'll do that :3 but I don't have anyone I like... Eh hehe ish? Anywho, I wouldn't mind watching that with anyone :3 my friends and I often watch movies together online haha. We would chat via IM throughout the movie (we each watch it at the same time synced with one another)

I knew I got the season right haha XD yeah... It made me sad... I had such high hopes for it, but it died a terribly horrible death... I mean seriously... They killed Dana, ruined bett and... Forgot her name...>.>;;;, screwed up Alice mentally, killed Shane's character, and to throw it all together, made.... Jane??? What's her face the most annoying evil character ever that the ending is all about her death and everyone's else's ruined life... Yeah... *shhed tear*

I agree, any movie that has a Jane Austen feel to it is going to be one I like. I think I've seen pretty much all of what has been listed here with about 3 exceptions, which I will now watch, lol.

I tend to enjoy movies with clever dialog, regardless of what the target audience is. "I Can't Think Straight" has some very clever dialog and funny moments. For very good overall dialog I like "Saving face."

I see you're talking TV shows too. Nothing beats Lost Girl imo. Brilliantly under rated show.

I almost stopped watching Lip Service and then like 2 episodes into season 2 they shocked the hell out of me and now I'm just finishing the final 2 episodes of s2. Mostly I just like the accents though. :p

My favorite movie was If These Walls Could Talk Part 2. The best part was with Ellen and Sharon.
