What is their absolute favorite thing to eat? Some animals are so picky with people food and others would eat anything. List as many as you want but start with their favorite at #1 and go on from there my doggie 1. scrambled or hard boiled eggs.....she goes NUTS 2. grilled cheese sandwich, but oddley enough hates cheese by itself. 3. Canned green beans.......yup still trying to figure that one out. 4. any hard candy such as lolipops or candy canes....I actually have to hold on to it while she licks it to death. (yes I brush her teeth) My kitty 1. milk or "milkeys" as we call it around here 2. shredded chicken, although he only will eat a little bit at a time 3. Ranch or blue cheese salad dressing
My kitty looooooooooves potato chips. I disovered this when I had a bag open on the counter, and I went to the bathrrom for a minute. When I returned to the kitchen my cat was inside the bag, munching away! Silly kitty
Fergy (cat) loves Pumpkin. He goes absolutely crazy when I have fresh pumpkin. He also like bacon. Stanley (cat) will eat anything crunchy...he loves chips and cereal.
my cat likes meat. any kind of bacon or pork is his favorite. fish too, but that's not interesting. he likes my spicy mexican food too.
Our Malamute, Sweetness, male and 9 months old. MEAT! This animal LOVES meat, in fact we had to stop giving him even little bits of it, because he wasn't eating his food. It got better after he was neutered (the vet said he was pretty horny and that puts them off their food until they can get laid again and again.) He also likes fruit, which is weird, as we have had Malamutes before and they rarely if ever ate fruit. The only thing he really doesn't eat is lettuce, if it falls on the floor he wants to like it, but keeps spitting it out and then trying again. It's pretty funny.
That's cute maggie..... My dog does something similar. If she sees you eating something she may want she will come up to you and stand there in your face, as still as a statue, just staring at the food so intensely untill she gets some. She does it with nacho chips, even though she does not like them. I'll throw her one, she will sniff at it and then ignore it and go back to staring at the bag of chips. I'll throw her another to make her happy, and again, she ignores it and continues to ogle my chips. Its pretty funny....almost like she expects them to magicaly turn into eggs or something.....hehe.

Well, I HAD two doggies...but one of them was murdered by Animal Control, those rat bastards. But, before his untimely demise, he totally flipped out on baby carrots. That boy would take a baby carrot over a milk-bone ANY OL DAY! hahahahaha! He ate alot of fruits and vegetables. He loved spinach, mushrooms, melon....all kindsa good food. I used to make all of my pets food. I used lots of raw meat, fresh veggies, oatmeal, flax seed, garlic...lots of tasty things. Its called the BARF (Bones And Raw Foods) diet. Its supposed to be really good for them cuz dogfood is so crappy. Now I feed them Wysong, which is a super awesome food! All of the ingredients are human-grade. Maggie, its OK for your dog to eat meat and no dog food. He's a carnivore! That was what he was born to do. The meat was probably better for him than most commercial dog foods. Do some research about commercial dog food. You'll be appalled. And, while we're on the subject....PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) did this undercover expose' on Iams dog food. I think the website is like, www.iamscruelty.com or something. You can get it off of PETA's site. Its really f'd up, so don't use Iams!!!! Oh, and lastly, my kitties GO CRAZY for sprouts! Alfalafa sprouts, bean sprouts, all sorts of sprouts. They LOOOOOVE em!
wow your cats eat a lot of things. my cat eats... cat food, and only one speshul brand. or raw meat. but thats it really. i think the weirdest thing ive read here is the kitty that eats potato chips, haha thats unusual
My Angus (pic below) eats anything and everything... From grapes to bananas, CHEESE...(like me he is a cheese freak!...we fight over cheese...lol) meat, chicken, lettuce... And the list goes on... It's not healty for them to eat most of these food but small amounts once in a while can't harm them. I love my Angus! Fer
My cats are really picky, they don't even eat most brands of cat food. Zeerox used to eat cheese, coldcuts and just about anything when I just got him -he grew up around other cats and had to eat fast or get nothing But when I got him and he was my only cat, he soon figured out he'd get plenty anyhow, and he could eat only what he really liked. Sometimes when he gets really picky I try to just leave the food he's snubbing (leave dry out and for canned food replace it with fresh but same) but he'll stick to fasting for up to two days -I always gave in by that time... and often sooner 'cause he'll pull my hair at night if he wants to be fed...
