Yeah, that's true, when you get a prescription for pain meds some people think you hit the jackpot, and they get pissed when you won't sell them any...so they steal them. I'm sorry, but if someone else has a drug problem it shouldn't become my problem. I have a legal prescription based on a valid medical reason. The guy that ripped me off doesn't, but he's still addicted. So he hustles from pill to pill. After ripping me off his addiction was fed for maybe a week, but that caused me 2 problems. Withdrawal plus a resurgence in pain. But that was a one shot deal. He's not getting back in again, and he knows he's burned that bridge.
i hate when people pronounce oxycontin as oxycoNtin. i know its the proper way but it sounds so forced. i say oxycotton. if you dont like it, sue me
I have broken a few bones through the years, and been prescribed different opiates (?) (but mostly loratab) for the healing process...I hate it when they ran out!!! I hated dealing with constipation...I like to be a regular gal myself. I hate that I would have to do a physical pay-money-out search for a doctor to prescribe me ANYTHING plus I have extra hoops of fire to jump through since I don't have medical insurance. (One doctor I recently went to told me in the 1st 5 minutes all the different types of meds he would NOT prescribe. Of course, pain meds were at the top. He would be good for antibiotics for an infection...not much else - I hated that!) Plus, I am annoyed/sorta hate that NOTHING but nothing will work on dealing with pain like an opiate/opoid or whatever.
It's almost to the point now that if you complain of pain they consider it drug seeking behavior. In a way I can see their point. There are people who literally make a living doctor shopping and selling their meds. And there are others who have genuine chronic pain who are treated like junkies. The way I look at it is this is the year 2012, not 1512. If I'm in pain and it can be treated, then treat me. And if, as in my case, surgery won't fix it then medicate me. I don't sell them or give them away. If they want to lab test me to verify that I'm taking them (and they do), fine, I don't care. What I won't do is live in pain. I'll get my meds one way or the other, I'd just rather have a prescription. It's safer, and it's definitely cheaper.
I hate that my stupid dealer thinks that 7.5/500 is better then 7.5/325 because the second number is higher, you idiot you realize that's the filler and means NOTHING right?! annoys the shit out of me! I am not paying a dollar more for the second number NOT happening. Have tried telling them a hundred times and won't believe me.
It's pretty annoying when users are too lazy to even make the slightest effort to do a cold water extraction. They often complain that it takes too long even though they haven't yet tried to do it. So they then consume thousands of mg's of liver killing acetaminophen, instead of performing simple harm reduction for themselves.
hey above post don't rag on me lol I just never done it b4 and feel like it wastes it and I never take perc 5s ne way and they were the 5-300. What I don't hate but actually think is really funny is everyone in new haven thinks suboxen is either pronounced suboskin or suboshkins I think it just sounds funny
It get me when people think the color coating on the outside of the pill (like the new OP's for example) is the time release. Hey, I took the time release off the pill so it hit me better. Na, the time release is the whole damn pill!
Agreed, but only after he gets his ass thoroughly handed to him! Steal my meds and put me into withdrawals? You will finding breathing, quite the luxury! Yes I know, I quoted a year old post, but i know Happydude is still hanging around!
He was lucky that I'm a civilized person who values his freedom. There are guys around here who would have killed him. And sooner or later that's what he's looking at. It's just a matter of time. But I guess I did get him, at least indirectly. Shortly after ripping me off, he was called in for a job interview as a welder and was hired, but then failed the drug test, and I heard it was for opiates, lol. He wouldn't have kept it anyway though, being dopesick half the time.
When someone is reading a phone number off to me and it has a zero in it but they will say 'oh'..in place of the zero...whyy do people do this?? It always annoys me. (E.g. they will say four six oh instead of four six zero).
