can someone tell me the title of the movie? i forgot the name she moves with her husband and children to a new town. husband is ex military. she has terminal illness and one night while jogging falls to the ground and rescued by a strange girl whom she falls in love with. she gets acquinted with the girl as the movie goes on, plays basketball with her kids, writes a script to a movie and ultimately dies in the end....tragic but good movie.
