I usually just assume everyone from Utah is Mormon. I dunno why..I'm from south Carolina and I hate when people assume everyone here is redneck.
That'd be Oklahoma. Many scenes were shot in Norman and environs. Now, with the very big caveat that I have only hung out in the Moab area and in the national parks, I found a lot of nice, nonjudgmental folks (or they kept it to themselves). And a lot of good coffee. Remember, hippy is a mindset, not a map point.
Non-Mormon moving to Salt Lake in a few weeks. There are some hippies in Utah according to the Rainbow Family website. I hear some show up to the drum circle in liberty park on Sundays.
