Can you direct me to some good yoga guides? I like the buzz it gives me, it's a lot like a subtler, cleaner opium. good for back pain.

You can try a good book, but be careful and go easy on yourself. If you have a good teacher nearby who's trained in this area, try that first. Teacher training quality varies, so ask some questions first.
