The pyramids were not for buriel

The popular belief is that Egyptian pyramids were built by slave labor as burial chambers with basic hand tools.

Ask any engineer and they will tell you this is not possible. You can not make stone fit together that exact without some heavy duty equipment. We would be hard pressed to build the pyramids today. We could build a pyramid, but not with the EXACT fit the stones on the Egyptian ones have. It is not possible to be that precise with ancient hand tools, precision equipment is needed..

Then you also must consider the weight of these stones. One again it is not possible to move these stones with slave labor even if you had 1,000's of men.

Mainstream history will at least admit they do not know how it was done, but they seem reluctant to buy into any theory other then "well it took a long time and they used slaves".

Many pyramids do not even have a pharaohs buried in them, so how can they be considered tombs?

There is evidence that Egypt had electricity. For example the Baghdad battery.

I think the three pyramids are symbols that are used for mapping part of our universe.

Somehow i think that the egyptians took credit for something that they 'found' .... the egyptians were one of the best societies to leave a record their history. Though the most important part, about the pyramids has never been found.

Also the sphinx is a rock that has survived thousands of years of sand storms...think about that...i have a feeling sphinx is a lot older than 4500 years...but more along the lines of 10,000 or more...or so ive heard...

The Great pyramid and Sphinx were built by Enoch prior to the flood and both are prophetic in nature.

There has been a lot of work done on the internal measurements of the passageways and chambers and they coincide with the number of years between major events in the Biblical story of Jesus. It is too big a topic to delve into here, but definitely something there much more than mere coincidence.
That is supposedly the reason the capstone or "chief cornerstone" is missing. It represents the "stone that the builders rejected", another prophetic term for the Messiah.

The Sphinx is the key to the zodiac. Currently we start it at the wrong position, but that also has something to do with the procession of the constellations or some crap.
Anyway it's supposed to start with the head of a woman, Virgo and end with the body of a lion, Lion of the tribe of Judah.

There is a interesting little book that goes into the names and significance of the constellations and related minor constellations and their prophetic meanings called the Glory in the Stars.

Those a couple of theories about the pyramids that are actually rather compelling when you take a serious, non-biased look into it.
But for certain the Great Pyramid was never a tomb or intended to be one.
