last night i went to sleep around 6am, like i've been doing for a good week or so now. but today i really felt like shit. i couldn't wake myself up outta bed until 4:30pm (half an hour ago), and i just don't have any energy to do anything. i was suggested that if i stay up all night and all the day tomorrow until 8pm, then i can possibly get my sleep back on track and i'll feel energetic again. any other suggestions other than prolonging my insomnia even more?
haha, people have been telling me to stop smoking, but the thing is i haven't even been smoking nearly as much as i have in the past months... it could very well be the problem still, but i think the main thing is lack of sleep. the gym thing sounds like a great idea, but our school gym (i have a membership) doesn't open up until the semester starts.
