The skin in that area is susceptible to splitting. If you don't let your **** stretch enough before fucking, you will get a small cut, like a paper cut and just as painful. Take a look next time, its easy to spot and you will probably find a few drops of blood. Lube helps, but stretching properly before hand is more beneficial. If you know your going to have sex, you may want to leave a vibrator of something inside to stretch yourself for a while before you start.
