I really hated it when I was in school at like a lyceum (okay that's spelled wrong :( ) and I'd get up off the floor and fall back down because my whole leg was sleeping...it was funny though... :D

    I kinda find it interesting.

I've had my foot/leg fall asleep SO bad that I literally could not feel it or move it AT ALL. It's like a dead appendage, and has to be exactly like what it feels like to have paralysis, I think.

One time I got out of the back of my friend's car, and my leg had been so cramped that I could not use it at all to push myself to a stand outside the car. I had to clamber out with my arms and my other leg, and stand on one foot til the feeling came back.

One night, when I was in high school or college, I was asleep in bed; my arms must have been above my head on the pillow, and I was lying on my back. Suddenly, both of my arms somehow flopped right down onto my stomach, the impact woke me right up, and I could not move them an inch, for like 30 seconds!! They were dead asleep!

Soooo freaky, but it's really interesting to realize that you are using your brain to send the "move" impulses and nothing is happening! :O
