spam seems to come in a variety of flavors spam that is explicitly selling something, such as is the easiest to spot. another form of spam will just urge you to visit a particular site. this form of spam is more difficult to eliminate, as it can be more or less identical to legitimate posts so someone might post and the only way to distinguish it from spam is the post count of user
I have never had Spam of any flavor. When I was in Hawaii I was disturbed the the sight of 'spam sushi' Yechhhhhh
I am disturbed by the sight and thought of sushi. uke: Pretty sure I did have spam when I was a kid but it certainly was not on any regular sort of basis. We probably talked Mom into buying it for us. As for the other spam. I just ignore it.
I don't see it much around here anymore thanks to the good job the moderators do keeping it out of here, and the fact we're probably not the target most spammers are looking for.
