Oh the Butterflies I felt didn't have any vaginal tightening. This is the problems with broad terms I guess lol. I've never had any of those signs you're listing. The tingling you seem to have had seems much stronger then the tingles I felt. Mine were really small around my vagina hole and then simply gone in a few seconds.

I've never had anything go through my body before of clit hardness, or flush heat.

Most people I've talked to say there are really no such thing as "Mini Orgasms". You have a climax or you don't but like you said everything is simply a stage leading to an actual orgasm. I've never felt more then a single symptom in my past. Only Tingle/butterfly feeling around my hole. No heat, Vaginal tightening, Never felt anything in my clit to be honest.
