Hello everyone! So the wife and I shave/trim our genitals as it makes oral much nicer, and when clean shaven, deep penetration is also rather nice. That being said, the wife was considering trying to wax or possibly laser hair removal. What is the general consensus between the three options? Have to admit that the laser sounds appealing as its a longer term solution. Thanks!
I use a disposable razor - carefully - and either trim / fully remove or use a bikini trimmer to at times. - quick & easy - with care taken in certain areas.
I use a Bic 1 Orange (Orange is for sensitive skin). As with any kind of shaving the reason I use single blade razors is that I find that even after the first stoke, the space between the blades becomes clogged with gunk made up of a combination of soap, stubble & skin cells, making the razor itself practically useless, whereas a single bladed razor maintains full contact against the skin at all times. Curiously, I also find that the razors tend to work better the 2nd time you use them, as they become honed to your requirements, so you can use them quite a few times before replacing them for a new one.
I wax everything because it stays smooth longer and is easy to touch up. The downfall may be if you have a low pain tolerance, it can be a very "exciting" experience; tequila seems to help I am considering laser though, the longer term the solution the better, I despise having any fur down there.
I use hair removal cream, For me its the best option but Im surprised others dont use this choice .... why ?
Putting harsh chemicals next to sensitive mucus membranes is not the best of ideas, I'm guessing. Not when you have non-toxic options. Wax ftw. No stubble.
I trim it all down generally but go to the professionals to finish off with wax. Wax on man bits is really painful but it's worth the effort!
Quite simple. I tried using Veet once - never again! Despite following the instructions carefully & timing the application time precisely it burned like hell, and despite thoroughly rinsing in the bath it was burning for about an hour afterwards.
I usually shave. I rarely wax, because my skin gets really irritated when the hair starts growing again . I would love to try the laser, and not have to worry anymore.
hair removal can give pain if you have been sweating a lot prior to using it or you have chaffing, And some will be more sensitive than others but I find it works well with no issues. As for the chemicals ...worse than smoking? hair products ? Anyway I will risk it for now ...and hey Im old anyway
I had a gf who dared me to wax once. I think the rationale was, if I'm doing it, you can do it. Ridiculously painful, but I have to admit that the smoothness was amazing.
I make it a regular thing. In fact, I have appointment today for a 'touch up'! I'm not looking forward to the pain but I am looking forward to getting it done. To me it'slike a haircut, you just feel much better after its done!
I shave...I don't have the money for laser removal and I can't stand letting it grow long enough to wax.
