I've never dated one, but I have had sexual relations with a couple of minor celebrities. I doubt they were known by a million people as the OP wanted, though - they were more local celebrities. (And I'm certainly not going to name names, so there's no point in even asking that).

Haha definitely no bodily fluids, I was about 15 at the time, and you wouldn't know him, he's a local celebrity, not very known internationally. But definitely over 1 million people know him.
