My sister has a dextroamp prescription that she doesn't take because it makes her lose her appetite and she's skinny as it is. Just to clarify I do not steal my sisters needed medications. So I've heard that it's basically pure speed, is this true?! Any information you have on this would be dandy! Such as how many mg to get high and any day after side affects.. Safe for school?
Yah it's speed, it creates alertness and some euphoria... Perhaps powerful euphoria if you haven't experienced many other types of drugs. I've snorted dexedrine, I don't recall the amount I had but I snorted it. It was pretty good, very moreish in the sense I wanted to continually redose it throughout the night. Oral likely doesn't hit as hard but it may have a longer duration. I wouldn't recommend a recreational dose for school, you'll likely have some jaw grinding and be kind of tweaked out, maybe something more to walk around town on or something.

Dexedrine? In Canada they come in 5mg IR and the rest are XR. As far as I know it makes up roughly 75% of adderalls amphematine salts mixture. Chemically it should be more powerful than adderall but most people find adderall has more of a push. Snorting them is dumb imo. I think oral amphet is the best roa by far. The 5mg IR last about 3 hours orally, the XR last 7-12.
