Hey, Phantasm (whatever "revenant" means, if it's even a word):
Who cares whether you care if our feet get dirty? No one's trying to force you to go barefoot too.

Is it the fact that the dirt is on skin that bothers you?
Because the same exact dirt is what's on the bottoms of shoes too. Should that freak people out as well?

You know what I think is disgusting? The fact that you can't even spell "seriously."

Go back to school. And try using a "live and let live" attitude. Because if you don't, you have no gripe if people start telling you they don't like what you do...

I'm a barefooter, and I don't get all of the hype about dirty feet...I don't care that they are dirty. What matters is that they are free!

I'm a barefooter, and if my feet happen to get dirty, that's fine, but if they don't pick up a lot of dirt, well, it's not something I hope for, anyway, so no biggie.

Dirt on feet soles is a fact of life if you like to be barefoot. I see no reason why it should bother anyone else if it doesn't bother the barefooter him/herself. People tell us that we're being uptight but it's them who are making a thing out of this in the first place.

Unlike shoes, dirty feet get washed. Everything that gets on the bottom of shoes stays there.

Jeffery, didnt you ever think i CAN spell seriously, BUt my forefinger went down a little faster than my right... ring finger? And dont be getting on me about my name, look it up if you want to know what it means. add the definitions of revenant and phantasm up and there will be a word they have in common (phantom), which WOULD have been my name IF some asshole who doesnt even post didnt already have it as a name. I wasnt trying to force you barefooters out of barefooting or making a personal attack on you, just stating my opinion on some dirty ass pitch black feet.

But it's that kind of negative attitude about it, "disapproving," that leads to ignorant pus-heads telling us we can't go places barefoot.

Would you care to explain why you refuse to use your apostrophe key? OH, and please note that my name is not spelled the way you typed it. You seem interested in proving that you DO know how to spell things properly... so start with the things that are right in front of you. They're the "gimmes."

Yes. I wash my shoes (the soles) when I take them off. Otherwise the bottom of my closet would be full of dirt.

Do you walk in that much dirt?
Why not take the shoes off and put them on a carpet remnant somewhere in the closet?

Or just don't wear shoes! That way we can all be happy! :p

We have gravel by the drive way. I prefer to keep a clean house and not have dust imbedded in the rugs/carpeting.
If only my boyfriend would do the same. :( :D

The only time I go barefoot is in the shower.
