Not too long ago I was in my philosphy class and we were discussing the existence of reality. I told my teacher that since all dreams take place in reality that all dreams are technically real! So I decided to practice a bit of lucid dreaming and in my dream I walked away from the original sequence of the dream into a bar where I stopped a random individual and asked him what his name was and where he was from.. The answers he gave me lacked any real sufficient reality evidence so next time I'm going to ask for the persons name phone number state and city. Then I hope to call the number and see if it Is a real individual. Sorry I had to summarize because I'm typing frrom my phone. Sound like a good idea?
I cannot say, the last time I asked the person for a name and location and they gave me both!! The only way to know is to ask!!
the problem you're going to run into is that your dreams, however lucid, take place in a parallel universe, and whatever anyone tells you there, anyone you meet who resembles them in this universe, is extremely unlikely to be the same person. besides, are the people you meet in bars in any universe really the ones you want to hang out with? at any rate, to answer hunter s thompson's question, i'm a large green cat from a small green planet in a distant galaxy
Well I tried it anyway it took me 4 luvid dteamms in a row to be able to ask a man I met on the subway his name his location and telephone number now what's trippy is I didn't know the area code for Florida was 357 but when he told me the #and I looked up the area code online it matched the number he gave me. Although when I did call the number was not in service! That leads me to suspect the othe dream Realm is a death realm and that man I spoke to was alive at one point! Next time I'm going to ask fpr his family members name phone number and address and see what I can find!
Correct about parallel realities, but our astral body permeates through all infinite of them, so I would believe it would be the same person just from a different reality and they may have some déjà vu And that is freaking awesome mr wiggles, I would try asking other questions to find out more about what that reality is like or maybe something you should know, ask for a secret maybe
I wanna try this! or I wonder if something would work where we'd both set a place to meet before going to bed and we'd meet in the dream! That could be fun. Anyone wanna go to the eifel tower? I've never actually been to france, hm, maybe it should be somewhere I've (we've) been before..
i would be more interested in getting a buss schedule/route map, or logging on to google maps in one of those dreams. learning the geography of where you are in your dreams and how it differs from and how it resembles the parallel places in this one. busses, trains, towns, cities, roads, the location of things in relation to each other. that sort of thing. like the route 31 that goes to a really trippy university that i know a couple of people who teach at and i eat in its cafateria in my dreams every once in a while.
