I met a girl who had a zip lock bag of condoms not in original packaging because she said the oil/lubricants bothered her and she had wiped them off.
Anyone seen this before?

Adding a silicone lube to an unlubed condom might be ok for her. There might be some pre-lubed condoms that use a lubricant that she could use.

she could be washing off the lube because of the taste too

people, you shouldn't wash the lube off a condom before using it! just get non-lubricated ones to begin with.

i'm guessing you have to unroll it to wash it off, but you need to unroll a condom onto an erect penis. ...once you unroll it, you can't get it on properly and therefore it doesn't work
