Now that sounds like a grand time Will this be solo or what?

 

Solo. I have no one to trip with at this time, but tripping solo is preferable. But I could imagine tripping with a significant other being absolutely gorgeous. (I am a bit bummed at the moment, regarding romantic relationships but I'll keep that story out of the psych bump thread)

Finally caught up on all 13 pages! Some good talk. I need to check in more often.

I get to see STS9 tonight (Sound Tribe Sector 9). I won't be tripping but it would be a really good atmosphere for it.
I saw Big Gigantic last weekend at the same place. If you like any electronic music you should check either one out.

Turning 50 is easily the oddest, most discombobulating experience of my life. All of the primary needs/wants in life (food, love, shelter) and career, has all been pretty much thrown into the blender and suddenly for the first time ever I'm free from any restraints whatsoever but my own. New work after 20 yrs, a woman I've known almost that long slowly becoming my best friend in life... ever. Even without sex.. and some of the bs that happens there. And literally the means to go anywhere I want, just to do it.
Pretty mind blowing.
Add in a bit of ganj and da fine ales...

It is the most "magical" of the 2C's. :2thumbsup:

I'm 51 and keep thinking, "Damn, I sure don't feel that old", except, as you touched on Voyage, perspective is a lot different now that I'm starting on down the other side of the hill. :wheelchair:

I've never felt my age for my entire life until about 5yrs ago. Interestingly enough, about the time I seriously started reading up on and getting back into psychedelics. And now that I'm "caught up" it's kinda hard knowing what to do with it.

did i read in another thread you said something about kids? you have any? if so, that must have been a little discombobulating too

 

Ever since I started IMing MXE, it's like it has become a whole new drug. I can get plastered and disintegrate into the ether if I want, but if I dose smart I also get into a wonderful, euphoric mindset where I am enthralled by films and music. I love watching movies on MXE, I seem to get so much more out of them.

And I'm looking forward to trying 3-MeO-PCP soon.

What do you think about 5-meo-mipt? Alot of folks call it the tryptamine version of MDMA.

I know GB had a nice time but thought it was light. Anyone else?


Also is 5-meo-dipt worth exploring? Genreally I stay away from 5-meo-anything because even the thought of 5-meo-dmt makes my asshole pucker in fear.

Some friends and and I plan on making a trek in April to State College (Penn state) to see MGMT play. They are headlining at the Movin' Out music festival...it's also free!

On a side note, I recently picked up 1 capsule of Molly and a sugar cube with some pretty potent LSD on it. I'm thinking of possibly candy-flipping for the first time..

I've been pretty busy with school and stuff...i'm trying to get an internship in the city for the summer...hoping for a paid one I plan on handing out my resume to as many places as possible..may take some luck lol. Anyone have any tips/pointers??
