If you have to do any "convincing" to "make it happen" then she truly isn't ready or doesn't want it. Some things are more fun in fantasy than in reality and maybe she just enjoys the dirty talk of the scenario but doesn't really want to make it real.

Hi Double, if you two really want this fantasy then make sure you talk to her. Because she honestly could just be "talking dirty".

Also if she was serious, think about if this is what you really want and any possible consequences this fantasy could lead to.
Ex: starts with one man, then two men, then your once loving partner is getting banged by half the city. Also think that she could catch an STD from this, and if you let her screw another guy, maybe she'll think she has a free pass to screw any guy she wants regardless of your permission, etc, trust gets lost, cheating begins, relationship ends.
