as mentioned earlier i left my home at 7pm last night. about 10 hours ago now...
anyways... i've been on this journey lately. trying to find myself. this started around october. it took me until mid february to realize...
i really like to escape! doesn't matter what it is, i can use it as a drug. a friend that doesn't want to see me down. i'll use them to forget about my troubles. that first cup of coffee in the morning... pure bliss. a large pizza, can we say dopamine flood.but worst of all...
that telescreen.... worse than cocaine to me.

a little of my favorite herbal supplement and some good yoga/meditation the other day. turns out... be quiet about this one, can't let the secret out... life isn't about finding yourself, it's about creating yourself!
such a simple statement that i didn't know which direction to go with it...
so, that brings us back to here.
wait... we've always been here, right? as far as i know, i've always been here.
back to the task at hand...
which direction to go...
i closed my eyes...
ingested society's drug of choice, combined that inhibition with the focus and energy of their drug of choice number 2, however...
i included the awareness of herbal supplements we are not supposed to talk about...
that lead me down this road... a road where i knew no one, but i knew i wouldn't be judged. a road with towering buildings on either side. a road so majestic, a new traveler, such as myself, would become lost in awe.

i see a small gathering of people. they look...
here i go judging again... is it wrong to judge? undoubtedly, there have been many occasions my judgments have saved me. i don't want to judge, but is it necessary for my survival? anyways... they look... nice... yeah, what else can i say.... ok, they look like hippies, a bunch of old hippies. hanging out on a porch, laughing, enjoying life more than i may never know.
wait... i think i'm slipping back now.... i can't fade away... not yet...
this is real! i'm not dreaming!
well... i may still be dreaming. but, this is real! just as real as that clock i kept punching last week. just as real as that mountain i climbed/labyrinth i maneuvered through last night.
back to this house... and these "old hippies"
they looked happy. content with life, not like they were searching for more, like your average human. like they found more.... and it was here, it was now.
they may not actually know where here is, or when now is. (are those different things?) but, they looked happy.
i thought...
i could live here...i am living here.

Really sorry to hear about your house and whole situation- - I certainly can relate- -trying to sell my place on the Jersey shore and it looks like I have to settle for anything reasonable- I had no flood Ins- but FEMA helped a bit,so I was able to rebuild enuff to salvage it .
Im heading down there today to talk to the realtor, I need the dough- -looks like Connecticut is going to be my new home. The LI sound aint the ocean, but it will do-

sand was blown back all the way to 1/2 way up the door- not too much water-but enough to ruin a lot of shit :sad:
Had to board up the window (as you can see)-the sand & sea blew it out
The ocean is a bit closer now at high tide*

Hello.. very quiet at the happy hippy house. I've been putting some hanging baskets together, filled with sweet peas, fuchias & other beauties. Still cold & often raining here in UK, but is always a good time of year.. the whole Summer, & beautiful blooms to look forward to..

i celebrated my birthday on 15Th...just staying home..it was bloody snowing here..
let spring come soon...was it spring equinox few days back???
Oh well...let's bring a bit of life then in this house..
