2013 President Obama will be forced to resign

The only thing I can think of that rises to the level of "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" for Impeachment would be his appointments to the Labor Relations Board without first going through the Senate confirmation. The Senate was not technically in recess at that time. That hasn't been through the courts yet.

Even so, its still a weak reason for Impeachment process. Don't think he'll be impeached in 2013.

also most of the reasons that were given were nearly all really dumb, and nearly all applied more to past u.s. presidents on the other side of the isle.

of course they might not ever have been a u.s. president (and few if any heads of other nations) who didn't deserve to face some kind of war crimes tribunal.

i'm not convinced, on a relative scale, he would be any MORE deserving then bush, raygun, nixxon, and of course a much longer list from before i was born.

well its half way through 2014 now. and while there are all sorts of political manuverings going on against him, there seems to be shere lunacy motivating them.

i mean, hes better then some and worse then some, but the motivations against him make very little if any sense.
