First time acid story and question.

I tried acid on friday but i don't think it was really acid. It kinda tasted weird and my tounge felt weird but not really numb just kinda a weird. So that is what im wondering if it was real legit acid or an RC. Also it took about 2 hours to kick in.


So it was 11:00 Pm and all 3 of us each took the tab. I put it on my tongue and it tasted something as lsd isnt supposed to have a taste. So i was kinda freaking out and i was really scared. Also i didn't know what to expect and i thought i was gonna have a bad trip. All these bad thoughts got in my head and i was just breathing in and out waiting for it to kick in. So because i was so scared i smoked some weed and this was my first time smoking weed too. I didn't want to do it and only do the acid because i wanted to see only the acid. I was too scared and i thought it would calm me down. So about 15 minutes later i actually felt better, kinda like not worried or anything and sort of a tingling feeling. By the way, we were in his backyard watching some small tv and it was really cold out. So it was two hours after we ate the tab. I put it on my mouth for like 15 seconds then chewed and swallowed. But we really didnt feel anything. The tv kinda looked weird. Like the screen and the people on it looked weird. But nothing like easily noticeable that we were tripping. But i think i was high because i was laughing a lot with my friend and everything was pretty hilarious. So we went to his garage which was really cool and when i was walking inside i was like dizzy. So we were in his garage and we played some ps3 and just like was playing around with my friends laser in the dark. It seemed like it had a trail and it was really cool. Also like we played black ops 2 zombies and it definitely seemed different. The computer screen looked weird. Also typing on my phone looked weird too and felt weird. It felt like everything was unfocusing and focusing. Also like everything was sort of distorted. But I just expected acid to be so much different. We walked around at 3 am and the trees looked pretty amazing. Then we were hiding in his room and after we came back out like 30 minutes later. We didn't feel anything after. We walked to mcdonalds and ate. Then we walked around his neighborhood until 10am and then i went home and i took a 5 hour nap.


Was my trip supposed to be like an acutal acid trip or that wasnt acid?

Also how long did acid take for you to kick in?

I was thinking about taking shrooms so i don't have to worry about that fake nbome bull****. Should i try that?

Also today i feel fully functional and normal

sounds exactly like an NBOME chemical. like we said in your other thread.

from the effects you describe, it sounds like you might not have been tripping at all, and were just high on weed. you don't smoke a lot, so weed can be quite strong.

or maybe you had an NBOME chem, which isn't supposed to work if you swallowed it so quick, but MAYBE it does work a little....or maybe your effects were just from weed + placebo.

or MAYBE you had a very low dose of real LSD (but you're right, it shouldn't have a strong taste)

real lsd can take up to 2 hours to kick in with lower doses, or you can feel it in 15 minutes with higher doses. 25i-nbome took about 1 hour for me to feel it, maybe 2 hours to get strong.


doesn't really sound like lsd to me. it was probably 25i-nbome or similar.

and try mushrooms if you want, sure.
but there's no harm in waiting either

 

Sounds like you got a small dose of 25x and a pretty good first time weed high.

 

Yeah i know thanks for everyone telling me about the nbome. I think it was either nbome or very weak acid. Is there anything like that for shrooms? or is it pretty much guaranteed legit shrooms. Also one of my friends kept it it in for like a minute then swallowed. I only held it in for like 10 seconds.

 

The duration doesn't sound like acid if you dosed at 11 pm and it was over at ~3 am, It sounds like you came down when your pot high wore off. Some of those effects sound like tripping though, if the blotters had a strong taste it likely wasn't LSD but holding paper in your mouth can be weird. It sounds like kind of a weak dose if it was acid, many of those effects could be attributed to your first time smoking weed.

For me it takes 30 mins to an hour for LSD to kick in. It's not unheard of for it take ~2 hours for onset tho.

Shrooms are a quality trip.

with shrooms, potency varies a lot. so "good" shrooms are a lot stronger than "crappy" ones. of course your dealer will have only the best

i suppose you could also be sold store bought, non-psychedelic shrooms..or lethal, wild picked ones. that's not very common, but it doesn't seem like you have great connections.

 

That blotter could have been anything . . . whatever it was, it was obviously very weak, because all the effects you describe sound like marijuana. I'm surprised you decided to try "acid" the first day that you were also trying pot . . . you should limit yourself to one new substance a night, because you as well have no idea of knowing what was what

I guess now you can just smoke pot and compare that to this night.

You can also do much better with setting but I understand you are young and your options are limited.

 

well im going to get a different person. I don't trust that other person. He is my friends friend. I will look for someone else. And how could you know if one is good or bad.

 

It might of been from the weed. Or possibly a low dose of lsd.

That defiantly isn't a full acid experience, sounds like you need to try again!

 

Yeah i didn't want to do weed also but i was freaking out so i just did it and it worked. I ended up having a really good time but it was weak what ever that was.
