When I first started giving her baths, she would claw me to death and, since she is a nonvocal cat, she would let out a few meows of protest. Now, she does not put up a fuss at all.

Do you give your cat(s) a bath?

I had a cat that I had to bathe a few times. She would sit in the tub and say "Nooo...Nooo...Nooo!"

Last week, I had to bathe the little feral I'm nursing back to health. She did very well, all things considered.

My new kitten Zoey loves water so much I have to kick her out of the bathroom when I take showers. She takes showers daily in the sink if I run the water for her. My cat Quark who died this winter also loved water. My neighbor had to cover the children's swimming pool when they were not using it because he would swim in it and fill it with his fur. Out of the many cats I have had in the past only 3 liked water.

I find that cat hair consuming woman disturbing. I bet she has worms.

Never Bathed A Cat In My Life, Cats Are Self Cleaning,

Even My Long Haired Birmans Two Of Which Are Sitting Here Watching

Me Type Are Spotless And Smell Like A Very Weak Scent Something

    Similar To Baby Powder...:)

Ocasionally I Comb Them Because As You Can Imagine Living On A Farm

They Can Get Burrs And Grass Seeds, Other Than That I Just Feed Them

    And Love Them...:).

    Cheers Glen.

I've only ever given my cat a bath a handful of times since he came into my life. Twice because he had fleas. Once or twice after that. He's hated them, but I get a good giggle out of him looking like a drowned rat afterwards.

Giving baths to animals isn't healthy if you do it too often.

    cats bathe themselves.

only if it's a flea treatment bath.

My cat was too fat to be self-cleaning. Occasionally I had to wash her ass.
She passed away in November. I am sad. :(

I thought I was going to gag watching that woman eat cat hair.

I have three cats and don't bathe them (they're indoor kitties and have a clean smell to them), although two of the three incessantly pester me while I shower and jump in there and play in the water as it drains out of the tub.
