Ok, so I have phimosis, in which I can't pull the foreskin back. Recently however, I have managed to pull it back and get the head out (but it results in alot of pain and I only did it through gradual stretching). However, now that I can expose the forehead, it is extremely sensitive, and whenever I touch it, I feeling like pulling back my hand, and it feels way too good. Sometimes, I feel like laughing. Is there a way to desensitize it, so it doesn't feel so good...it is painful? Thanks in advance.
If you consult your GP you'll probably first be prescribed a steroidal cream, which may result in being able to stretch the foreskin. Failing this, then circumcision (or partial circumcision) may be the only course of action. This I know, as I had to undergo the latter about this time last year. The longer the glans remains uncovered the less sensitive it becomes. One way of desensitising it for purposes of masturbation, though, is to use a condom, which can also add to the overall pleasure. Alternatively, you can just use a lube.
I heard circumcision leads to desensitization of the penis. Is this just the 'natural' desensitization where the forehead is no longer painful? Or does it actually make it no longer pleasant? Also, Lube and condoms desensitize it?
Usually the desensitization in this case is more along the lines of “just getting used” to being exposed; sometimes, however, there is peripheral nerve damage that contributes to desensitization. Using a quality penis nutrient cream ((health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) that contains acetyl L-carnitine, which helps restore penis sensitivity, can help (and also help with an annoying itchy penis, too).
