Hi new and looking forward to great advice. Hi everyone, I have been with my girlfriend exclusively since Dec 2009 and moved in together in March 2010. We have an amazing relationship. Have known each other since 2007. Neither of us knew we were gay, but had an immediate electric attraction to each other. It took a couple of years for us to understand our feelings for each other, mainly because we were what we thought to be straight and probably blocking out the powerful feelings we've had for each other all along. We tried turning off our feelings and blocking each other out but we weren't able to and moved in together in 2010 as I mentioned. We adore each other and have an amazing relationship. We fit each other like a jig saw. Some of our friends know and are delighted for us. We haven't been able to ell our parents/families as we don't feel they will take it well. I am very very happy, we both are and just want everyone to know and be happy for us. We need to get it all out in the open this year. Any advice is appreciated.
Im exactly on the same spot. Tho, Ive already told some of my relatives. They were shocked at first since Ive introduced a couple of guys before. Turns out that being with my girlfriend leads me to the right path in terms of life, job, and belief. If they see that your happy, they'll be happy for you too.
