Ok so my boyfriend and I actually met on POF. We hit it off immediately and have had an amazing relationship since Jan. 8th. It's had some ups and downs, but so far... I'm absolutely crazy for him. I'm combating a jealousy/curiosity issue right now. He's done nothing wrong. It's my own mental problem from previous relationships and let downs. But all in all... I think I love him. Thing is... How do I tell him? And when? I've never been this head over heels before. Never been treated so well. Never been able to wake up smiling because the most perfect man in the world is sleeping next to me...
maybe start with ''i think i'm falling in love with you'' because this sounds like a classic case of euphoria love ...pof is called that for a reason there is no way you could know this soon everything one should know before saying ''i love you''
I guess if you really feel like saying it, you can go ahead and say it whenever you want to I think that you can communicate the same sentiment without words though, hugs, smiles, etc. hope that this all works out!
It all depends what love means. Since love to me doesn't mean promises I couldn't keep, I say it quite liberally. And mean it.
Say it when you are feeling it! There is no right or wrong time. As said above you could always say I think I am falling in love with you and see how that goes over. I know with my current lady who I have been with for three years now I was feeling it very fast. We had only been together for about three weeks when one night well we were making love and she was on top of me looking down into my eyes I said I think I am falling in love with you! The response I got was what I wanted to hear and we have been happy since.
If it helps, I met my current boyfriend on okCupid last May. And he said I love you after a month as well, and it was fine, I knew I loved him a while before that anyway. Before anyone makes the comment about us being children and not knowing anything, we're 23/26
Met mine on a dating site too. We said we loved each other after about a week. People can say whatever they want, when you're in love, you know it and you should share it. Been together almost three years.
