Well, yes. Long before that age.

To be honest, I feel that once a kid has reached the age at which they can appreciate porn & relate it to their own sexuality, then they are old enough. Furthermore, in the U.K., at least, the age of consent is 16, when they can legally get married, yet they have to wait another 2 years before they're allowed to buy a copy of Playboy, or similar.

 

even if my uncle didnt have the playboy channel when i slept over their house. there was a small patch of woods at the end of my block maybe about an acre. and all the bums and kids would hang out there so whenever a bum left a magazine there all us kids would jump on them.
