i'll be there in 4 hours....i might have to stay the night though on account of the storm....i'll need the master bedroom...and no rabbits in there while sleep...they creep me out a bit

i was out all day doing errands...got a brand new made in italy espresso maker identical to the one i have thats almost toast...got it for 5 dollars...they are 40 at the kitchen store...i coulda spent lots at the thrift store today...

i get home and someone had come by my house and used a massive tractor to push about 3 to 4000 pounds of my wood from the side of the road all the way up my driveway to the side of my house

no clue who cause all my neighbors have bigass tractors...but i sure am grateful...saved me lots of back breaking work cause these were the heavy pieces that you can not lift...gotta roll them and its effing brutal work

 

Finished cleaning up a bunch of guitars today... Ready for a break.



I've lost the use of or lost entirely 6 guitars in that fire. 2 of those are factory guitars and can be repaired/replaced... The rest were my handbuilt guitars that can't be replicated.

 

sorry to hear that dude...i lost 2 in my fire...the one i have now is a hunk of junk

we have an instrument lending library called joes m.i.l.l. started for a local musician that died of cancer real young....gonna go get me a real guitar...they have all the top brands...just need valid id and walk out with a strat for 2 weeks...they have drum kits and fancy violins and all kinda cool shit to lend out

Fae, I admire you doing things that specifically you are afraid of. Perhaps even 20 years ago, I was up for that. I've turned into a (semi-old?) codger that has let her fears get the best of her. I won't travel to California because I'd have to fly.

I say it is because of my pets, but really I'm just scared.

I also like brussel sprouts and I LOVE spinach because you can put it in anything and it will spruce up the flavor of whatever it is around. Have you ever had spanikopita? YUM YUM!

You described exactly why I enjoying cooking...watching people enjoy eating what I have made. Makes whatever time/love I've put into it totally worthwhile.

to name a few

 

went to the camden county animal shelter tonight might be adopting a dog very soon

my boss called and made me start 2 hours earlier than I was supposed to today... I was fine with that, more money... but then I realize he did that because he wanted to sleep in and not show up right away, so he made me come early instead.. I was a little annoyef about that..

then it turns out he pushed everyone on the next shifts hours back in order to save money, because he said he was going to show up and didnt need them until later..


but then, he changed his mind and didnt want to show up anymore, so he called me a few mins before my shift ended and asked me if I could stay 2 hours later until he got there.. after he was already 3 hours late.. I said sure whatever...

the second I hung up, I punched out and drove home... fuck him lol im sick of his bulshit, you dont say youre going to do something then dont do it, and fuck up everyones schedual because of it.. I started 2 hours early, worked a 10 hour shift, and guarantee he wont pay me over time, so theres no way in hell im staying an extra 2 hours to cover his lazy cheap ass

I hope he bitches about me leaving so that I can tell him to fuck off haha

i could make all of those things with spinach. the cereal would be the hardest, but it could be done.
