I have discover the most efficient acne cure. Hemp oil product I can share my exerience... Acne has be gone within 2 month and my skin feel confortable and smouth. I don't sell those product or represent but I share my cure because I know how acne can be bad. http://www.cannabis-cosmetics.com/ Hope it help some
Looking at the ingredients, it's oil plus a couple anti microbial essential oils. Castor oil and tea tree essential oil would do the same. The idea is oil dissolves oil (and it does, cleansers are saponofied oils), and a little something for bacteria.
I agree with you. It is quite expensive. Maybe we can put it like this, the more effective the product, the expensive it is. I think it is okay to spend money sometimes for our selves especially to our health and appearance, best case is, we will not be spending more money as we all know it can really give good outcome.
I agree with your experience but if any product not work for my acne problem, Triclosan this is an antibacterial ingredient that kills acne causing bacteria. Natural alternatives to triclosan include tea tree oil, neem oil and other essential oils.
Don't use commercial products use olive oil, organ oil,etc How to treat acne, pimples and skin infections with homemade face masks for acne and oily skin: Neem oil (antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory making it great for soothing inflamed skin and killing acne bacteria)
I was so broke out on proactive it mad it even worse. I just started something new it's from Avon it's a wet pad you put it on your face once every other days it's supposed to peel your dead skin off like a moisturizer. But the face wash I use is oxy max
Looks like a spammer but this is the best advice, so far. I've been dealing with my acne for decades and a vast majority of product either doesn't touch it or can be replicated at home for cheaper. An example of this is an Oxy product I found on a clearance cart. (At half price, I figured what the hell) It's turned out to be the best moisturizer I've had in a very long time. It's ingredients are pretty much linseed oil, a few other essential oils and ASA. I plan to make my own version very soon. Salicylic acid is just aspirin. I plan to infuse some Neem and a few other oils with it. (Aspirin masks are also good) Oils are your friend! Over washing and Over treating with chemicals can cause more acne because you're stripping natural oil away and your skin is over compensating by trying to produce more. Oil masks and moisturizers may seem counter intuitive, but it's the way to go! Also: Change your pillow cases often!
I have some tips easy way to effective Acne treatment. 1) Stay stress-free: Talk to your friends, listen to your favorite music, or take a walk in the park. There are many things you can do to be stres free. 2) Get Sunshine and fresh air: Fresh air and sunshine can also reduce stress and increase oxygen to the skin. 3) Do not wear makeup if possible.Be sure to clean your makeup brushes regularly and cleanse your skin before you sleep. 4) Drink more water every day. ''Eight glasses of water a day can keep acne away. 5) Do not use oily products. 6) Do not pick, press or rub your pimples. These actions actually increase the sebum production and rupture the membranes below your skin. The infection and sebum will spread underneath your skin and cause more pimples. Also, you risk increasing the chances of leaving scars on your face.
also, if you clean your liver, your skin will glow and be clean w/o pimples or acne. same for the colon. when your liver can't function properly, (same for colon), the first place that it is going to show up is on the skin. it's kinda like your skin is pooping. it sounds gross, but it is true. you skin is an organ. if your liver and colon isn't detoxing properly, your skin will try to throw off all the toxins, hence: pimples. i suggest: Milk Thistle and Dandelion supplements to help the liver. also, Artichoke and burdock.
Provide me the science and then you can call things the truth. Anytime a person uses the bullshit term 'toxins', it's a good sign that their research hasn't gone beyond some 'natural health' bias confirmation pages. I'm not against looking for natural health solutions. Just make sure they're based in reality.
when bacteria die they leave behind...lo and behold!!! by products, also known as TOXINS. same for the virus. certain bacteria's byproducts are quite poisonous, and guess who's job it is to filter that poison out of the bloodstream?? you guessed it, the LIVER. more open-mindedness here, please. just do some google research.
I've done the research and there is nothing in real science that validates such a general catch phrase as 'toxins' as tossed around by the 'natural medicine' crowd. and biologically a lot of what is touted as a cleanser just doesn't live up to scrutiny. My research has shown me that my body's internal cleaning system is already great. Just eat your damn fiber! I wanted to believe in stuff like this, once upon a time but the more I looked into it, the more it was apparent that the 'natural medicine' folk were so entrenched in pseudo-science that I couldn't even sort the wheat from the chaff. Step beyond Google and confirmation bias.
I think moisture, COMBINED with exfoliating at a reasonable pace, would be best. All the super acidic astringent washes are great for about an hour, and then I feel like if I don't hide my face, exxon-mobil might try to buy me up. Taking away the oil just makes your face make more oil. Once upon a time I made it work, by washing once a day, and then twice a day, and then three times... and every time I had to add a wash, my face adjusted in like two days. It ended pretty badly. Once I tried fast orange (gojo style hand cleaner). I think it would have worked if it was just the pumice and glycerin, but the other stuff made it more like an actual acne wash. I've been meaning to try a scotch-brite pad for a while now.... maybe tonight.
do some real research then. research bacteria..go ahead. look that word up, then, you'll see that they are living creatures. ok. now..next step..look to see if they produce by-products in their day to day little lives. well, amazingly enough...they DO!! now, find out what happens in our bodies when those end-products of the bacterial cellular respiration occurs in their little bodies. to simplify, they cast off by-products of their own making into our guys and bloodstream. i can simplify it for you, since you seem simple minded, no offense, ...they die off and poop in our bodies ie. blood stream, colon. so, yeah...dandelion and milk thistle really do help the liver out by taking some of the load off it and its duties.
You pretty much nailed it. As for pillow cases, I guess sheet snobs wouldn't like me, or my thread count.... but I use T-shirts that I don't like. Just get xl ones, and you can change it every day or three, and not have to have a big stack of pillowcases. And they're 50 cents each at the thrift store, if you don't have any. As far as the "natural" guys who talk all sorts of bullshit about "toxins" and whatnot, I have an answer. I believe there has been a study that showed very good results (compared to what you'd expect) with people simply spending something like 15 mins daily visualizing their face clearing, and looking how they wanted. If you think about pimples, you actually get them.... it's basically a physical placebo. I would guess it's heavily linked to stress, and the reduced stress of not having acne, so the stress reduction that comes with visualizing it disappearing. Anyways, food for thought.... if you think about it, that means that when you pay attention to your acne, be it in the mirror or whatever, you are actually literally giving it an edge, you could at least come up neutral by not thinking about it, if you don't want to be strange and imagine it going away. On a similar note, I'd imagine meditation (with no acne concentration or anything ) would help. Same thing, reducing stress/stress chems and hormones, giving your body less load, because that load naturally makes it think it's in a more harsh environment, with more bacteria, dirt, less baths, etc, and so it makes pimples to isolate and keep out bad shit.
