Last night, I was struggling to stay awake until 10 pm. It's just about 9 pm now, and I am getting ready to hit the hay. I'm pretty much lamesauce.

What time is your normal bedtime?

Well, I work the graveyard shift five nights a week, so I normally don't go to bed until around 12 or 1 in the afternoon. On my nights off, like tonight, I will generally go to bed anywhere from 2 to 6 in the morning, depending on when I get tired. Since I haven't been drinking, I tend to go to bed earlier on the nights I don't work. Last night I went to bed around 3.

I use to work 10pm to 8am awhile back. That schedule is not for me. I was always falling asleep on the job, but that may have had a lot to do with the fact that I mostly only watched tv. Anyhow, it was a 4 on 4 off schedule. I could not get my body to adjust and on my nights off I would normally fall asleep by 10 or 11 pm.

I'm a night owl. I should go to bed by 11 in order to get 8 hours of sleep, but its usually closer to midnight or one.

My sleeping patterns are always changing. Sometimes, I sleep like a normal person at night and I am awake most of the day. Lately, and how it is usually, I sleep from sunrise till around mid afternoon.

Depends if I have early classes the next day. If so, I'm usually in bed by midnight. On the days I don't have an early class or weekends...I usually stay up anywhere from 1 - 3am. Sometimes even later if I'm out partying on the weekend haha

Well, it depends actually but I generally go to bed very very late. If its weekend or I am off from work, then I go to bed at about 3 or 4 am. When I have to go to work, I go to bed by 12 or 1 am.
