Hello everyone; I'm Scotty, I live in a small town in Kansas. I'm 21 and was raised by Hippies from way back when. I grew up listening to the "good" music, wearing tye dye and being free spirited. I want more out of this life then the day to day grind... work>work>sleep>work. I want to live off grid, off the land and away from corruption of the current society. I'm young strong and very capable of many more things in this life. I want to make a difference or at-least be apart of one. I would love to find a place close by where I could aspire to fulfill my dreams and aspirations. Which is to simply... live naturally like humans were intended too. Hello Scotty nice to meet you. I am also in Ks and interested in living with nature. The only commune I know of in Ks is a 4 acre farm near Wichita. So, I have been watching a piece of land that is for sale that would be a perfect off the grid communal opportunity. So I am looking for open minded people that would be interested in buying in on this opportunity to take that leap. I am seeking others that are looking to live with and take care of the land that provides us with life. To improve myself as well as my surroundings. Is there anyone interested in looking into this chance with me. The land I am looking at is 75 acres of trees and pasture. With wild life on property and a man made lake near bye. A creek runs through however it may be dry at the moment do to a drought at this moment.

I am in Manhattan Kansas and I am sick of the day to day grind I want to truly live and experience life and not have to be a slave to a greedy system anymore. I am 22 and i am looking for a community to live in where money is not the main focus but the true things that matter, anyone know of a place? I do not have much as far as finances to contribute but i do have a strong work ethic.
