Possible Cupcake Flavors

I will most likely be selling cupcakes to make some extra money. Today I came up with some flavor ideas and want to know what some people think. Keep in mind that I have lots more coming! These are just the ones I worked on today. I will need plenty of ideas so I can offer several different flavors and have some to switch out here and there. And well, you can never have to many cupcake recipes. Lol.

It all sounds good to me except for Bubble Gum.

 

I'll be garnishing the French Toast cupcakes with candied bacon.
But I bet bacon cupcakes would be a hit with the guys if I did it right.

You can make the apple sauce ones sugarfree. I used to work at a bakery we had a applesauce bread we would make with applesauce.

 

They all sound so good! I like the key lime pie one. What aboout mocha, lemon meringue, strawberry cream, carrot cake, or chocolate chip cookie dough?

 

How can I make sugar free cupcakes?
I have a recipe using applesauce and one without, which do you thin tastes best?

Thank you so much for this list. I had most of them on my idea list already, but there were some I didn't have and they helped me come up with a few more ideas.

 

Now that I've some opinions on flavors...

What do you guys think about trying to make a healthy cupcake? Like somehow whole grain or sugar free?
What about vegan-friendly cupcakes?

I was thinking about reasons might wants cupcakes. You know...baby showers, weddings and the parties for the people getting married, birthdays, holidays, etc. and I realized that no one, at least not around here, does anything whatsoever about April Fool's Day.
Now I know it's not a major holiday or anything, but what about prank cupcakes? Maybe some aweful flavors like pepper or a plastic bug in the icing (it would be sanitized and such of course). Any suggestions on some ideas for those?

I'm pretty excited about this. The bakeries around here kinda stick to the most popular flavors and we only have a couple so I think there might actually be a little more potential in this than I had originally thought. They also focus more on decoration than the cupcakes too, I believe. Mine won't be "decorated" in the sense they do. Mine would be garnished with things. For example, the Root Beer Float cupcakes would most likely have a root beer candy on top and a bendy straw cut in half sticking out of the icing. "Cuptails" would be garnished just as their cocktail inspired counterparts, and every icing will add color. If it's a white icing I have a chart of colors I can use to add color.

Pretty much if you have anything cupcake related, I'd love to hear it. Advice, tips, opinions, recipes, and suggestions are all greatly, greatly appreciated!(;
