    ok, thanks. I found this odd. Anyone use topix? It's a site you can base on your location with local news and forums for comments. There are many questions, but no local responses.     Just by the way, if a "patient" is thought likely to harm themselves or/and others they can be detained under mental health legislation but their confidentiality is not compromised.
